Jim joined the Performance Services team in 2025. Prior to that, he spent 20 years at Pedcor Design Group, where he was a Project Manager for City Center projects in Carmel, Indiana. Jim oversaw the training of staff members and their management, office BIM systems and technology, operations of final building design, collaboration with consulting engineers, animations, construction administration, and coordination of a few tenant’s builds as Owner’s Representative to Pedcor Investments.
He and his wife have three children. Outside of work, Jim is a cyclist and enjoys group rides on the north side and, if possible, dreams of venturing to some mountain to hike with his wife.
