Cathy Gross has served in local government in many capacities, from 911 Dispatcher to Elected Office as the White County Treasurer, Monticello City Councilor Ward 3, ADA/Title VI Coordinator for 12 years and as Mayor of the City of Monticello from January 2020 to 2023.
Cathy was a member of the Aim Board of Directors, President of the Indiana Conference of Mayors, and former President of the IN ADA/Title VI Coordinators. She continues to serve her community and local government on boards and through consulting.
