Jeff joined the Performance Services team in 2024. For the 18 years prior, Jeff has been an Architect in Houston, Texas, with extensive experience designing PK-12 Educational Environments. He has experience as a Chief Process Officer, Studio Leader, and Client Executive, as well as managing all phases of design and construction, primarily on PK-12 Projects; he enjoys business development, team building, mentorship, and process improvement. Some of his career highlights include managing the design team on a 700,000 SF/$300-million-dollar High School in Conroe, Texas, Floodproofing a High School in Kingwood, Texas, and designing a new CTE Center in Alvin, Texas. Overall, he has managed the design of almost $1.5 billion of construction projects in and around Houston. In addition to traditional architectural design, Jeff has experience with Master Planning for districts and universities, running Facility Assessments, giving recommendations, and assisting districts with Bond Planning and Promotion, writing Educational Specifications and District Construction Standards, and creating educational adequacy reports.
He and his wife of 9 years are both native Houstonians who live there with their two children, Allison and Knox. Jeff is a lifelong Texas A&M Aggies Football Fan and Houston Astros Fan. Jeff is very active with his church and enjoys tennis, pickleball, golf, and traveling.
