Thomas joined the Performance Services team in 2024. He most recently served as the Vice President of Government Affairs-Business Development Lead for a nationwide engineering and construction firm headquartered in Illinois. For the past 19 years, he has served federal, state, county, and municipal agencies throughout the Midwest states, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Thomas has fostered long-standing relationships with political leaders, decision-makers, and influencers. He has also spent time working with the Department of Transportation, Water Reclamation Districts, Transit Agencies, Class I and Short Line Railroads.
He is an Illinois native who grew up in the city of Chicago and now lives in Des Plaines, IL. Thomas enjoys pickleball, bicycling, and golf. He has been a Head Youth Football Coach for the Park Ridge Falcons, one of the area’s largest feeder football programs, and Maine South High School (one of the largest high schools in the state of Illinois). He has previously held the elected office of Alderman in the city of Park Ridge, as he has a strong belief in volunteering and giving back to the Community.
