Dave joined the Performance Services team in 2024 as Vice President of the Colorado branch. Dave has over 30 years of experience selling and leading teams in the ESCO industry. His ESCO career began in Indiana, selling performance contracting projects to local governments and the State of Indiana. After 14 years with Siemens in branch, district, and regional positions, he held a variety of roles, including starting up Johnson Controls’ national public housing business and leading ESG’s federal team in the western U.S. Dave’s experience also includes HVAC systems and service, building automation, energy management, demand response, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Dave worked for SitelogIQ, establishing their ESCO business in southern California.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys time with his family and taking advantage of Colorado’s mountains and recreation – skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and all things outdoors.
