At age 11, Tony Kuykendall discovered an important insight about business success: great work makes for great client relationships. He learned this when he started his neighborhood lawn mowing business on the north side of Indianapolis. The business quickly grew to 35 clients thanks to Tony’s dedication to consistently meeting and exceeding their expectations for quality service. A high achiever in school, Tony played basketball and baseball, ran cross country in high school, and attended Hanover College on an academic scholarship.
After graduation, he entered the financial services industry and was a licensed financial consultant at National City Investments for three years. Tony initially met Tim Thoman at the age of 16 while working his lawn mowing business. Nine years later, Tim invited Tony to join Performance Services as a business development manager and to focus on K-12 school renovations.
During his 16 years with Performance Services, Tony’s number one priority has remained the happiness and satisfaction of each of his clients, which has led to him selling over 100 projects totaling more than $270 million. Along the way, he has kept his passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations 100% of the time.
Tony resides in Carmel with his wife, Allison, and his six children.
