Charlie joined the Performance Services team full-time in 2023 after interning with the Illinois team. Charlie graduated from Penn State University with an economics degree focusing on energy economics. He has always had a passion for engineering. While at Penn State, he worked with the Wind Energy Club, specifically helping with project development.
Outside of work, Charlie is a huge sports fan, specifically Chicago sports and anything Penn State. This past spring, he coached for his local 6th grade lacrosse team for the first time. He also spends time working and giving back to his local church and helping with their youth program. Charlie is an avid fisherman and loves to ski and mountain bike. Charlie is also an Eagle Scout.
