David joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Prior to that, he worked in and around the architecture profession for ten years. He has worked at a few local Milwaukee architecture firms where he helped design, draw, and administer construction for multi-family housing, historic renovation, and adaptive reuse projects. David has a strong background in science and technology facilities, such as the AO Smith Corporate Technology Center, where he was project manager of the state-of-the-art 42,000 sq. ft. headquarters, ensuring new and existing equipment was effectively located to provide a smooth transition for the lab technicians. Most recently, he worked in quality assurance for manufacturing facilities that designed and built steel platforms and access mezzanines. David was responsible for training new members and leading the quality assurance team in their Milwaukee office.
Outside of work, David is an avid cyclist and has recently completed the Door County 100 and the Riverwest 24. He also enjoys hiking and camping with his family and anything that gets him outside for long periods of time. He also likes video games, but young children make free time a bit scarce.
