Project Description
In early 2022, Montgomery County R-II School District sought a partner to improve the learning environment. After a competitive selection, Performance Services was selected in May to implement a phase 1 project at the Montgomery City Elementary School. This first project phase includes the installation of new ceilings, lighting, flooring, classroom casework, new sinks, and hot/cold water supply to each classroom within the building. The project is guaranteed to provide $48,138 in annual energy and operational savings for 15 years.
