Project Description
Warsaw Community School’s high school building was not meeting its desired programming needs. The current building had a few programming limitations, and the District sought renovations and expansion to meet its desired curriculum needs. After four years of development and design iteration and through a competitive selection process, Performance Services was selected to partner with the District on this progressive design-build project. Together a plan was developed to meet the District’s goals within the budget that satisfies the community’s expectations. The project renovations include a new front entrance, improved circulation, modern science classrooms, and the addition of more collaborative spaces for students. This multi-phase phased construction project began in the Fall of 2022, with the final phase completed by the end of 2024.
